SP GRACE, LLC, is a management solutions company providing high-quality, results driven strategic organizational and learning solutions for business, education, industry, and local communities.  Our proven strategies and tools enable diverse organizations to launch and sustain continuous improvement efforts, leading to new levels of internal efficiency, improved morale, and improved customer satisfaction. We have workplace and workforce processes, programs, and professionals—all of which have been tested and proven, as we have successfully managed small and large-scale projects.

Our mission is two pronged:

History

Dr. Carmen Bell-Ross started SP Grace, LLC as SP Grace Event Group, LLC in August, 2007. Inspired by the strength, tenacity, and intellect of some very special women, she excitedly named the business to honor her great-grandmother, mother, and grandmother. Determined to provide better lives for their families, each of these women overcame seemingly insurmountable obstacles to achieve far more than her circumstances suggested were possible.

Combining Dr. Bell-Ross’s passion for special events production with her background in adult workplace learning, the business was focused on planning and producing fundraisers, corporate conferences, training workshops, and teambuilding retreats. Dr. Bell-Ross provided coaching and training in areas including leadership development, team management, interpersonal communication, preventing harassment, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Because of the shifting emphasis, she decided to change the name of the business to SP Grace, LLC in 2019. 

In April, 2022, Dr. Bell-Ross realized a lifelong dream of having her mother join her company as an equal business partner. Dr. Marilynn Bell officially came onboard SP Grace as Chief Operating Officer, bringing 30 years of experience as a business owner developing training strategy, promoting instructional effectiveness, selecting and maintaining subject matter expert talent, and establishing long-term client relationships.
