For 8 years, Dr. Bell led staff development at DWSD and Senior Citizens Department. Together with Dr. Bell-Ross, she spearheaded a city-wide tutoring program that prepared 1,000 adults for math and mechanical reasoning tests, advancing workforce development. Currently, we partner with the City to administer NOF-ARPA grants, delivering funding and technical assistance to grassroots nonprofits. Our expertise in leadership development, coaching, curriculum design, instruction, team building, and professional development highlights our impact on workforce and community initiatives.

Dr. Bell led customized training programs for managers and supervisors at the Environmental Protection Agency, focusing on improving workplace relationships and interdepartmental collaboration. Over a span of three years, the training featured annually updated, scenario-based content designed to enhance employee engagement and foster positive, productive interactions across teams.

Dr. Bell and Dr. Bell-Ross led a team of experts in designing and delivering custom training, coaching, consulting, retreats, and conferences to Ford personnel. For over 15 years, these services were provided at Ford headquarters, offices, manufacturing facilities, financial services, dealerships, and offsite venues. Aligning with Ford's goals, we offered leadership programs to enhance communication, collaboration, problem-solving, trust-building, customer service, and workplace relationships. Additionally, we developed workforce and career development programs.

Department of Health And Human Services

Dr. Bell directed a comprehensive cultural competency initiative for over 1,500 employees across five counties, including the design and execution of training needs assessments and the development of actionable recommendations. Dr. Bell-Ross facilitated the delivery of this training at multiple locations throughout the state.

Dr. Bell developed and facilitated hands-on technical writing workshops for both management and staff, aimed at refreshing and enhancing essential writing skills.

Dr. Bell oversaw development and facilitation of Women In Leadership workshops. Training helped emerging women leaders identify strengths and opportunities and prepared them to overcome hurdles that prevent women from gaining entrance into the highest levels of the organization.

Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation (a Michigan Works! agency): Dr. Bell and Dr. Bell-Ross collaborated with business and community partners to create a culturally competent, city-wide Math Mechanical Reasoning tutoring program to assist 1,000 job seekers in Detroit. Program prepared participants for entrance tests for entry-level production positions.

Dr. Bell delivered a keynote at NASA's Occupational Health Conference, focusing on Technical Communications and High-Impact Presentations for regional leaders before a space shuttle launch. She utilized her expertise to enhance the communication skills and preparedness of NASA’s leadership team, showcasing her ability to provide crucial training in high-stakes environments.

Dr. Bell-Ross consults with top leadership at the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, advising on policy revisions and providing ongoing training in Sexual Harassment prevention. We train leaders at all levels and include this training as a standard part of new recruit orientation, tailored specifically for law enforcement.

For over 20 years, Dr. Bell and team designed custom programs, facilitated retreats, and provided conference speakers for UAW-represented employees. These programs, featuring workplace-specific role plays and scenarios, covered Skills Improvement, Hands-On Classes, Workplace Violence Prevention, Harassment Prevention, People Skills, Team Building, Respectful Workplace Practices, Fostering Collaborative Teams, and specialized courses for international staff focused on enhancing project management and implementation skills for large-scale program rollouts.
